Why haven't I received my work book yet? 

We typically have a 2-3  business day processing time frame for us to get your packages shipped out. 

USPS has stated that they are experiencing delays in their First Class and Media Mail packages. "As a result of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, packages may temporarily experience delivery delays due to limited transportation availability." -USPS

If you would like to ensure you get your workbook in a more timely manner we recommend selecting for priority mail the UPSP guarantee their priority packages with in 3 business days from when it is scanned at drop off.

 

Where can I locate my online portal?

If you didn't create an account at check out, you will be sent an account activation email after your purchase is complete. Once your account is created you will login and your portal will show in the main navigation of the website.
